Since squirrel season comes in Monday, anyone got any recipes for squirrel besides deep frying them? Squirrels not my favorite thing in the world but I'll eat it!

Gobama can tell you I'm sure!

I like them deep fried, then put in a pressure cooker with gravy! Rice and hot biscuits!!! Not bad!

Music man I've also tried that. I've tried pulling the meat off the bone and making it with grits with some hog in it and it was pretty good.

Smoke them with some hickory, then get you some good deer sausage. Make you a little roux then onions garlic salt and pepper a little cayenne throw the squirrels in with the deer sausage brown it down slow and low for about an hour and a half. Serve over rice and BAMM right in the mouth. If any one smells it they will be one helluva slobber mouth.
