Y'all ever shot a deer with buckshot? Apparently not... Because you can't find them once you shoot it. Do yourself a favor and shoot slugs.

This will be the first and possibly only time I disagree with ya Weyer but I got two on the wall that say otherwise...Hunted dog clubs my whole young life and never saw or had any issues unless the deer just wasn't hit in a vital area. Maybe it's just a personal experiance :scratch

Well I'm going to be shooting a Benelli, I was just wondering what choke I should use with a smooth bore gun? I ordered me some slugs last night, also keep in mind I won't be shooting over 75 yards.

Get the carlsons buckshot choke and use buckshot. Killed a big doe last year on a dog drive at about 80 yards with my 870 using 3.5 inch Winchester 00. I put 10 of 18 pellets in her and she dropped in her tracks.
